are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST) However,
we are closed to the public the first Friday of each month from 1:00
p.m. to 3:00 p.m. for staff meetings and training.
We are a state
agency and are closed on official State holidays.
